Service Cancellation Policy

Vomrelondrex provides personal styling and image consulting services. As these are professional services, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available without penalty
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling available
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, but rescheduling may be available at our discretion
  • No-show: No refund will be provided

Cancellation by Vomrelondrex

In the rare event that we need to cancel a scheduled service, we will:

  • Provide as much advance notice as possible
  • Offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience
  • Work with you to find an alternative solution

Refund Policy

Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis:

Completed Services

Once a service has been completed, refunds are generally not available. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.

Partial Services

If a service package is partially completed and you wish to cancel the remainder:

  • You will be charged only for services already rendered
  • A refund will be provided for any prepaid services not yet delivered
  • Refund processing may take 7-14 business days

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify your service package or change the scope of work after booking:

  • Contact us as soon as possible to discuss modifications
  • Additional services may incur extra charges
  • Reduced services will be refunded proportionally
  • All modifications must be agreed upon in writing

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about a service or wish to dispute a charge:

  1. Contact us directly within 7 days of the service date
  2. Provide details about your concern or dispute
  3. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days
  4. We will work with you to find a fair resolution

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Full or partial refunds
  • Rescheduling without penalty
  • Service credits for future use
